Welcome Tipple - Glass of Chapel Down Rosé Brut Amuse Bouche - Velvet Cauliflower Velouté with a parmesan puff
Starter -George Bishop Gin & Tonic Cured Sea Trout with a sourdough crisp , beetroot purée and wasabi oil
Fish -Buttered Poached Wild Sea Bass with a mussel & dill sauce , saffron poached potato and sea herbs
Meat - 55 ° Fillet of Beef 14 hour cooked potato , burnt onion and stuffed leek with a veal jus
Dessert - Chocolate , Strawberry and Salted Caramel Mousse topped with toasted almond granola
5 courses - £ 70pp Vegetarian menu available Reservations for valentines 17:30 - 21:00 .
