A KENTISH CHRISTMAS CONT .
Warm Vacherin , New Potatoes , & Walnut Salad

Ingredients :
• 1 Vacherin Mont d ’ Or cheese
• 200g Charlotte potatoes
• 10g toasted walnuts
• 100g mixed leaf salad
• 15ml walnut vinaigrette
Method :
1 . Peel and cook the Charlotte potatoes . 2 . Slice into 1cm thick round slices . 3 . Pan fry in olive oil until golden , season and drain .
4 . Place four slices of potato onto a serving plate and spoon on one large spoon of Vacherin cheese .
5 . Place under the grill until half melted .
6 . Remove dish , serve with a walnut and vinaigrette dressed salad .
