Because what ’ s Christmas without cranberries ? This cocktail uses egg , which is ‘ cooked ’ when shaken with the citrus juice to create a beautiful , velvet-topped cocktail – it ’ s a firm favourite for those with a sweet tooth .
Ingredients :
• 50ml gin
• 25ml lemon juice
• 100ml cranberry juice
• 10ml sugar syrup
• Egg white or Aquafaba ( vegan )
Method :
Dry shake for 30 seconds to combine the ingredients , then shake again with ice , pour and enjoy .

A deliciously spiced and easy to make wintery cocktail .
Ingredients :
• 2 slices of Opies Stem Ginger in Syrup , syrup reserved
• 50ml vodka
• 15ml lime juice
• Soda water
• Ice cubes to serve
Method
1 . Add the ginger , vodka , lime juice and 1 tbsp lime juice to your chosen glass / mug and combine .
2 . Top up with soda water before serving with cubed ice .
