Arrival , via the stunning arched courtyard entranceway , sees guests immediately swept up into the Taj welcome . Youngest guests begin their Kids @ Taj experience from the second they cross the threshold ; greeted by first name , offered a choice of fresh juice and presented with their signature green drawstring bag packed full of London staycation fun . While the littlest Readys delighted in their Kids @ Taj Passport ( in which they can collect stamps from every Taj hotel around the world ), sketchbook , crayons , teddy , and their very own keycard holder ( honestly genius !) sat in the plush lounge ; we were able to sip Champagne and effortlessly check in to our residence .

Beautifully designed , expansive and utterly functional , the residences , which range in size from one to six bedrooms , are perfect to meet the needs of family staycations , multi-generational gatherings or indeed for business affairs . Escorted by our residence butler , we opened the front door to our far-from-humble two-bedroom suite . The large welcoming hallway led us first to bedroom one , laid as a twin for the children with huge plump pillows and TV . Next was the vast lounge , not only offering a full size dining table , two large and comfortable sofas , armchairs , TV , and desk , but also another camp bed to offer extra sleeping accommodation and , to the delight of the smallest Ready , a delightful circus-tent teepee bedecked with fairy lights to provide playspace .
