The Belmont Woodfest & Country Fair the great-for-all-the-family and dog-friendly show is back with lots of exciting woodland demonstrations including chainsaw carving , willow weaving , campfire cooking , horse logging , pole lathe turning as well as vintage tractors and a fantastic display of stationary steam engines .
The main arena attractions run continuously throughout the day and will include Joe ’ s Bows Falconry Display , gun dog demonstrations , ferret racing , terrier racing , fun dog show ( Sunday only ) and new for 2021 , you can also see Alpaca Annie ’ s display ! There will also be craft stalls , craft making activities , local food and drink , creepy claws animal display and new for 2021 Arbour , Part Man . Part Tree . an interactive show , for all the family to experience .

Take a step back in time with a visit to the annual 1940 ’ s weekend and experience the 40s lifestyle as the railway turns back the clock to wartime Britain including the unmistakable sound of the Spitfire . Enjoy live music at Tenterden and Bodiam , a 1940 ’ s pop up tea room at Bodiam , vintage stalls , period civilian and military vehicles , ‘ 40 ’ s hairstyling and keep a look out for ‘ Viv the Spiv ’ with his black market goods . Steam trains will be leaving Tenterden and Bodiam stations every 45 minutes ; freedom tickets include unlimited train travel on the day of your visit . Immerse yourself in the forties and join this celebration of times gone by when the Hill 112 Memorial Foundation presents “ We Will Meet Again ” at Betteshanger Park . This exciting new event promises something for everyone , with re-enactors and military vehicles , trade stalls , arts and crafts and 1940 ’ s fashion , music and song . A static Spitfire and UH-1 Huey helicopter are among the attractions , while a licensed bar and food stalls will provide a range of refreshments .
