We serve the public , restaurants and hotels across Kent and the South East from our hometown of Deal , between Dover and Sandwich on the Kent coast .
Sushi We also sell sushi grade fish and beautiful handcrafted sushi boxes made to order . Heat & Eat Our in- house chef creates high quality ready made homecooked meals including fish bakes , fresh soups , chowders and curries . And perfect for the summer , we have freshly made lobster baguettes , King prawn salads and irresistible pates .
Fresh & Local Wherever possible , we buy daily from local inshore dayboats who fish off the coast of Kent and the South East many of whom we have bought from not only for years , but for generations .
The dayboats are small typically under 10 metres and are out and back within the day so their catch is typically available to our customers within 24 hours .
All our products are fully traceable but because of our relationships with local suppliers , we can usually tell you not only who landed the catch and when , but also where it was caught and how .
