Award-winning lettings and estate agency , Martin & Co , has re-launched with a new owner in Canterbury . Angie Collins , who has over 40 years business experience , purchased the franchise last month and has big ambitions for the future .
Angie is a local resident , having lived in the area all her life , and previously owned Canteen on Sun Street , which she sold in 2019 to Garage Coffee . She commented , “ I have always been interested in property and I had been looking for an opportunity like this one for well over a year . It is the best of both worlds ! I have the support of a well-known franchise , but I also want to change the way people view the industry , shaking things up to provide a very personal and efficient service for landlords and tenants alike , without all the jargon !”
