Founded in London in 1998 , the acclaimed British dance theatre company , dedicated to the choreography of Artistic Director , Jasmin Vardimon – associate artist of Sadler ’ s Wells since 2006 , will move to its new creative base in Javelin Way , Ashford in 2022 . The new centre will be dedicated to the company ’ s creative research and future productions , educational residencies and multidisciplinary artistic study , whilst also aiming to grow a cultural legacy in Ashford , increasing its capacity to import and export high quality performers of a world class calibre . jasminvardimon . com
9 . Joseph Hodges Theatre School , Canterbury
A fabulous performing arts school providing tuition for 3 - 21 year olds and led by West End Professionals , with an ethos to provide the very best foundation and platform from which young performers can confidently pursue their chosen performance path . All skills taught are from experienced performing arts professionals in acting , singing and dancing , and students are given two full theatrical presentations each year in professional venues , which helps to build their confidence and to grow as performers .
