Why were you chosen for the project ?
KAGU Interiors is best known for its signature look ; often customers will come into the store and feel inspired by the homewares , styling techniques and overall scheme . Many customers wish to recreate a similar look and feel in their own homes , which is where KAGU Interiors comes into play .
What was the property development brief / objective ?
We like to see the beauty in what others might think is too big of a job , or not worth saving . We believe almost every property can be saved providing it is given the right amount of care and dedication . With this in mind , we took on the challenge of giving this Grade II listed apartment a new lease of life . It involved extensive work , careful planning and redesigning in parts , but we were able to bring this property into the modern world , all while respectfully restoring its character .
