• 40ml St-Germain
• 60ml Champagne or Prosecco
• 60ml sparkling water
Vessel : Collins glass Ice : Cubed / Crushed Garnish : Lemon twist
Method :
1 . Mix in a Collins glass over ice .
2 . Stir gently and garnish with lemon twist .
