Cauliflower , Thyme and Chestnut Soup laced with Double Cream Pancetta and Smoked Cheese Croquette , Served with Homemade Piccalilli Kiln Smoked Salmon , Cream Cheese and Chive Pin-Wheels , With a Horseradish and Dill Dressing Rustic Breads , served with Hummus , Aioli and Olives
Traditional Roast Turkey Breast Served with all the trimmings Christmas Nut Roast , Cranberry Roasted Parsnips , Sage and Onion Stuffing , Vegetable Gravy Sirloin Steak Cooked Medium , served with Salt and Vinegar Potato Wedges and Cilantro Pesto Cream Sauce Fruits of the Sea - Oven Baked with Broccoli , Spinach , Baked in a Chablis Velouté and topped with a Black Pudding Crumb
