to savour seasonal local fayre whether you choose
fine dining with the seven-course taster evening
menu, à la carte three-course lunch or evening

The 2 AA Rosette restaurant is housed in a
traditional oak-framed barn with panoramic
views of open countryside and an outdoor
terrace in the summer months. Frasers offers a
delectable new à la carte three-course menu for
lunch or evening dining available Wednesdays
to Saturdays. Dishes range from pan-fried Rye
Harbour scallops with a cauliflower salsa verde
to Frasers Estate pheasant with red cabbage and
dauphinoise potatoes, and A Celebration of the
Egerton Apple.
For a truly decadent evening, sample the
delights of Frasers well renowned taster menus
and hand selected accompanying wines.
Savour dishes such as roast breast of Frasers
Estate pigeon served with beetroot, celeriac and
hazelnut dressing followed by sloe gin sorbet
and caramel panna cotta, clementine and
gingerbread to finish.

offers a selection of seasonal starters followed
by a delicious locally sourced joint of meat and
dessert for the whole table to share, available to
pre-order up to three days in advance.
For afternoon tea with a twist Frasers offers
The Quintessential serving tartlets to tantalise
the tastebuds, traditional finger sandwiches,
award-winning carrot cake and chocolate fudge
brownie topped off with beautiful homemade
scones, clotted cream and homemade strawberry
jam, available 12pm to 4pm Tuesdays to Sundays.
For a milestone birthday, anniversary,
engagement, hen party or christening, Frasers
offer bespoke private dining allowing you
to celebrate your special occasion in relaxed
style from formal dining to garden party feasts
and afternoon tea. Choose from the Kentish
oak-beamed barn, outdoor terrace or luxury
marquee overlooking the countryside.
All ingredients are sourced from a carefully
selected group of local artisan producers
and suppliers and during the game season,
game is sourced from the estate to minimise
food-miles. “It’s all about wholesome tasty
dishes with seasonal flavour and variety to
bring the taste of Kent to the table,” proprietor
