CREATIVE WORKSHOPS, FAMILY ADVENTURES & OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT WITH THE NATIONAL TRUST

V isit the former family home of Winston Churchill for summer fun inspired by bestselling author and illustrator Rob Biddulph. Sign up for an interactive Draw With Rob workshop on 12 and 26 August, and explore the garden, taking part in activities based on his latest book, When I Grow Up I’ d Like to Be … from 11 July- 6 September.

Head to Emmetts Garden to reconnect with nature on a Wild Wonder Workshop led by wellness expert, Tansy Dowman. Sessions blend sensory exploration, mindfulness, movement and nature crafting( 23, 30 July, and 6, 13 August), and let the Summer of Play activities, Wild Play Area and toy cupboard spark further adventures between 18 July and 6 September.
Emmetts Garden also hosts outdoor entertainment. Tumble down the rabbit hole with Alice’ s Adventures in Wonderland presented by This Is My Theatre on 16 August. Go wild for Immersion Theatre’ s new musical adaptation of The Jungle Book on 20 August. For big screen fun, let Cinestock take you Back to the Future on 15 August and relive the joy of The Greatest Showman on 30 August. Book the new Garden Groove experience to dance your way through the garden for added fun on 30 August.
Quebec House in Westerham invites you to‘ Play Your Way Around the World’ with activities inspired by the worldwide history of games from 18 July- 31 August. Why not stop by for volunteer-led drop-in archery on Wednesdays in August, or book onto the free family-friendly guided tour and kids’ yoga sessions on selected Fridays in August?
