YOGA WITH GOATS Princess Christian’ s Farm, Hildenborough
Join Candice Machtus Yoga & Mindfulness for a morning session with a unique twist. If you enjoy being in nature and around goats, this session will blend mindful movements with the natural world. Infusing fun with yoga and Qigong, an energy practice that involves slow, intentional movements, you’ ll be able to release any energy blockage and reinforce your immune system. Another session will run on Wednesday 19 August; both sessions are suitable for beginners.

Escape for a two-hour session learning to draw fauna and flora, designed for those with some drawing or painting experience. From Saturday 18 July to Sunday 6 September, Sissinghurst Castle Garden is hosting a range of family and children’ s activities that take inspiration from the charm and creativity of Sissinghurst in the 1930s. There will be a range of craft activities under a gazebo on the main lawn alongside an all-ages dress-up area, lawn games and nature spotter trails.

A unique opportunity to produce an illuminated letter with paint and gold leaf, just like the medieval manuscripts curated by illuminators. You will learn about the process of illumination from start to finish, beginning with the initial tracing before applying gold leaf and finishing with colour painting and outlining.
