The Ice Box Figure Skating Program is pleased to announce a new, innovative program for figure skaters called Dance, Stretch, Strength.
This program will prepare skaters for their skating day utilizing:
1. Ballet positioning and body awareness at the ballet barre; 2. Stretching and center of the floor movement directly related to skating activities 3. Theraband exercises to build core strength and muscle awareness without creating bulk
When and Where The 45 minute class will take place in the Ice Box Ballet Studio from 9:00am to 9:45am on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Please arrive by 8:45 in your ballet shoes and skating attire.
Instructor The class will be taught by Seth Miller, Certified Dance instructor and director of his own dance studio and dance company in the downriver area.

If you have your own Theraband, please bring it, otherwise Mr. Miller will provide them for you to purchase. Wear your skating clothes. Register for all 9 sessions and receive a $ 40.00 Discount
Benefits The first benefit will be that the skater is properly warmed up and prepared for their skating day.
