Just a few tips ladies, regardless of your personal opinion of yourself, as a professional I can tell you that you all have something unique and beautiful about you. Decide what that feature is. If you're unable, get a friend to help or send me a picture and I will quickly tell you! For example, if it your best feature is your lips get help picking a lipstick that suits you and makes you feel good. When you're wearing your lipstick concentrate on the fact your lipstick is accentuating something beautiful about you and allow yourself to feel confident about that .
Take baby steps to total self confidence.
I adore make up because its the outside effect that gives me the inside effect, there are no rules ladies its trial and error and if you love a look practice it until you're happy with it.
