DC Team
Get Ready for the Battles!

The initial concept of DC Micro Team Building was simply to provide
a chance to facilitate bonding of the newly set up DC teams by
making them work towards a common goal. Based on the valuable
comments absorbed from the DC team by HR Listen to You, Paintball
War Game had given different challenges to them to intensify the
seamless integration of DC team across the newly formulated microteams (Inbound, Outbound, Task Force & Night Shift). Out of the
office setting, the 4 teams were given different missions to complete
on Apr 6, 2016 – Elimination, Attack & Defense, Center Flag and Kill
the Leader. Positive chemistry across teams had been generated all
around the venue.
