In the second game, staff was divided into ten teams. Each team had a goal building the highest tower among all teams with limited materials and tools
in a short time. Our principal –Andy was the judge to determine which tower
could pass the wind test. We aimed to test the staff’s ability to have effective
& efficient resource planning and great cost containment skills.
