Oyster & Wine Pairing Class

What an amazing day!
QCASS team took this opportunity to
put aside the work and learn more about
the knowledge of oysters (e.g. the type
of oysters, when is the best time to
have oysters, the skills of opening the
oysters, the tips for matching wine &
oyster) in the afternoon.
After the lesson, staff had basic
knowledge on oysters. They
discovered which types of oysters are
best to be consumed during different
seasons around the world. They have
also acquired the skills to open oysters.
Staff indulged in a relaxing afternoon,
savoring the oysters together. A
perfect harmony had been generated
among teammates that we are looking
for.
