Off-Campus Student Life
The Off-Campus Student Life Office (OCSL) opened its doors in October 2016 as an initiative
of the Dean of Students. It’s goal is to create a centralized location where prospective and
current off-campus students can go to find information, resources, and guidance to enhance their
off-campus experience.
OCSL assists students with searching for off-campus housing, learning their rights and
responsibilities as tenants, and addressing livability issues in the neighborhoods around campus.
They have formed partnerships on-campus and in the Norfolk community, and regularly attend
civic league meetings in the neighboring communities.
To date, Off-Campus Student Life has reached 500+ houses and apartment units and is
located on the first floor of the Webb University Center in room 1105. Please feel free to drop in or
send students their way.
