ADVISORY BOARDS
YOUNG ADVISORY BOARD
In 2018 , Rea established the YOUNG ADVISORY BOARD ( YAB ) as a way to give our young leaders a voice in the future direction of the firm . This group was developed to share challenges and viewpoints with firm leaders and to discuss ways to help Rea attract , retain and develop the firm ’ s next generation of leaders .
The YAB has been so successful that in 2021 , Rea launched Manager and CSS ( Client Service Specialist ) advisory boards to collect feedback and create two-way dialogue with these groups .
Participants of this groups are rotated annually . 2021 participants were :
