Rea has invested in new technology to make it easier and faster for you to receive and pay invoices . Our online payment portal , at www . reacpa . com / make-a-payment , offers two easy , quick and secure ways to pay : ACH bank transfer or credit / debit card . ( Of course , we still accept cash and check payments as well !)
We ’ ve also begun offering paperless billing . With this option , you can see your full invoice in the payment portal , see your billing history , receive invoices faster , save some trees , and more ! Client Satisfaction Survey
In June , Rea surveyed clients to learn how we ’ re doing and where we can improve . Nearly 300 clients took the survey and our overall Net Promoter ® Score ( NPS ) was 82 percent , which is significantly higher than the accounting industry average of 23 percent in 2020 . We received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 ( out of 10 ) from 87 percent of our clients , which is double the industry average of 43 percent .
Our high NPS , which is the gold standard for measuring client satisfaction and loyalty , also earned us ClearlyRated ’ s Best of Accounting ® Award for the second year in a row . This award recognizes firms that have demonstrated exceptional service quality based exclusively on ratings provided by their clients . The award program provides statistically valid and objective service quality benchmarks for the accounting industry , revealing which firms deliver the highest quality of service to their clients .
