To help us innovate and use the large quantity of data that we own in order to make more informed internal business decisions and better serve firm clients , we need to harness the value of that data by having a method to manage our data across all internal programs and platforms . To that end , in late 2021 , we hired a Visualization Data Engineer to manage the tools necessary to ensure better use of the firm ’ s data resources .
PRIORITIZING DEI
While Rea will experience significant growth and changes in the next few years , our focus on our people and our commitment to our culture will not waver . It is critically important to us that all current and future Rea employees – regardless of background , race , or gender – are supported and have access to opportunities and programs that are impartial and fair , as well as provide equal possible outcomes for all people involved .
Late in 2021 , we developed a DEI ( diversity , equity , and inclusion ) task force to determine the vision and objectives that will enable Rea to prioritize and promote DEI within our firm . The task force ’ s first order of business will be to create mission and vision statements and a committee charter , with a focus on recruiting , retention , and education initiatives .
PREPARING FOR TRANSITIONS
In preparation for the upcoming retirements of some of our key partners , we have worked diligently to prepare their successors to take over client relationships . Just like we coach our clients to prepare well in advance for key transitions , we are walking the walk to prepare for our own transitions .
We are wildly excited about the future of this firm and believe that
the investments we made in infrastructure , manpower , and capital
in 2021 will pay dividends as we continue to implement 3.0 .
We are laser-focused on our strategic plan to build a
stronger firm for our employees and clients . 2022 is
already shaping up to be a great year and we
