FOCUSING ON VERTICALS
To be able to provide our clients with topnotch service and expertise , we have placed a huge focus on our industry and service specializations , or what we call “ verticals .”
We pride ourselves on providing our clients with individualized , focused client service and a comprehensive suite of competitive offerings . By focusing on our verticals , we will be able to take our firm resources to the next level and strengthen our services that set us apart from the competition . There are also specific offerings under each of our verticals that we ’ ll grow to expand our resources and support our clients . In addition , we plan to implement technology that will help us better serve our clients and make us more efficient , like robotic process automation and artificial intelligence .

The team grew in 2021 with the addition of an HR Director , a Training & Development Manager , a Learning & Development Administrator , a Talent Acquisition Specialist , and an Internal Communications Specialist . With this talent on board , our People team is better equipped than ever to hire , develop , and retain the best talent the industry has to offer .
We also restructured our IT team to meet the firm ’ s growing IT and cyber needs , and added a Support Technician . 2021 also saw the addition of a new Chief Information Officer to oversee our technology strategy and drive us into the future .
Our Practice Growth team also went through a marketing audit , in which an outside consultant reviewed the department ’ s activities , results , and team structure . As we set our sights on growth , this audit was critical to help us identify what we need to do differently to help facilitate that growth . It also helped us identify what talent we need to add to the team as we grow into a larger firm . This helped us refocus and refine our strategic direction in terms of growth and marketing .
On the finance side of the house , we added a new Benefits Coordinator in 2021 who is responsible for ensuring that Rea is providing the best possible benefit offerings to our team and helping our employees with their benefits-related questions and issues .
But our verticals won ’ t be able to grow without the proper resources and support . Annie Yoder , a principal and Rea ’ s director of development , has been chosen as the leader to oversee our verticals and ensure they ’ re thinking strategically , pursuing the right clients , innovating their solutions , developing solid , strategic business plans , and hiring top talent .
BRINGING INNOVATION TO CLIENTS
The word innovation ( or some form of it ) is mentioned 31 times in 3.0 . Through the work we ’ ve already done with robotic process automation and artificial intelligence , we ’ ve experienced first-hand the benefits of leveraging new technology , processes , programs , and software to innovate .
