HOW TO GET THERE ?
Bastola settlement lies roughly 27 kilometers from Kathmandu , a short distance prior to Nagarkot . Private transportation covers the journey in approximately an hour . While a handful of buses run directly from Kathmandu to Nagarkot , a more frequent option is to travel to Bhaktapur and then transfer to a local bus for the remaining 15-minute ride to Bastola .
