At the start of every year , Inside FMCG takes a deep dive into the key trends that we expect to dominate the landscape in the coming months . And every year , I am continually impressed by the plethora of exciting innovations and ingredients that are bursting onto the scene .

This time is no different . Summer 2022 is abuzz with creative new product launches and brands taking risks with new technologies such as NFTs ( see page 35 ).
