Greetings to all of you we serve through A. D. James Enterprises, LLC. On August 1, 2013 A. D. James Enterprises launched with little fanfare and no marketing plan in place. However, we now hold many contracts and a client base in over 42 states and the Caribbean. A. D. James Enterprises, recently divested its graphics and web development interest to Enterprise Media & Entertainment Group (EMEG). A. D. James Enterprises was a wholly owned subsidiary of EMEG and now is a managing partner, in this partnership like those that take place, changes were inevitable. In order to offer competitive and cutting edge technology, prices had to be raised. Each account we operate is done so at the expense of our company’s bottom line. In order to ensure that ADJE continued to operate with a minimal financial impact on our clients, new web development packages were instituted. In the divesture we were required by the partners to transfer all hosting accounts of ADJE to the EMEG portfolio, this included accounts that were not previously charged the standard hosting fee. With this requirement all current hosting accounts were placed on the Basic Web Package of $19.50 per month, and unfortunately we will no longer offer pro-bono accounts. All current invoices and those subsequent will reflect the new price. Included following are updated terms and conditions that are currently in effect. These prices and terms are non-negotiable. All questions relating to your website will continue to be handled through ADJE until further notice; as we integrate further with this partnership.
