ACQUISITIONS AND LENDER COMPLIANCE
Handles all aspects of the acquisition process which includes precontract to close procedures and all lender communication for clients . This team also provides premium estimates for any potential acquisitions for use in the clients underwriting .
PORTFOLIO ADMINISTRATION
Handles the day-to-day servicing of our client ’ s accounts in regards to certificates , invoices , endorsements , inspections , billings , client portal etc . This team also maintains the Service Calendar for each client .
CLAIMS ADVOCACY AND RISK MANAGEMENT
Handles all aspects of the claims process including triaging new incidents , negotiating settlements with injured parties , and advocating on our clients behalf to ensure the most favorable outcome from insurance companies . This team also handles all risk management initiatives including the recommendation and implemenetation of those activities .
DATA ANALYTICS
Handles business intelligence software to conduct indepth analyses of our clients ’ portfolios to identify favorable trends and characteristics . This team can also analyze the exposure and claim data to better project future frequency and severity of losses .
