Grandview Bed and Breakfast is a traditional Florida farmhouse still sporting the original windmill in Historic Mount Dora.

Working with local chefs to provide diverse gourmet catering is sure to satisfy even the most discriminating taste buds. Grandview B&B offers gourmet farm-to-table breakfasts, concierge and event planning. They grow organic pineapples, Meyer lemons, limes, sweet peppers, collard greens and an assortment of herbs, which add an extra touch of goodness to the table. If you enjoy local honey from Happy Bee Honey, it’s drizzled on their Florida Farm Greek Yogurt Parfaits or Brioche French toast. Yummy!

Can you start the day with Aerial Yoga; Yes Gwendolyn is a certified instructor or has other instructors that can guide you through this experience. How it works: You sit on a soft, fabric hammock that looks kind of like a long scarf. These hammocks are made out of special, high-density nylon material that can support over 2,000 pounds, so don’t worry - you’re not going to tear them. Throughout the yoga class, you do various traditional yoga poses or aerial adaptations of traditional poses using the hammock for support. Afterwards, enjoy swimming laps in a glorious saltwater pool; the relaxing and inviting atmosphere of this bed and breakfast will calm your nerves and having you feel relaxed on your big day.

The guest rooms offered to wedding guests are well appointed and comfortable, incorporating many modern luxuries and amenities any bride would wish for. Just two blocks from Historic Downtown you’ll find fantastic restaurants, shops and beautiful Lake Dora, so guests will truly enjoy their stay. Sit on the rocking chairs and enjoy the sounds of birds singing and the faint sound of church bells.

The innkeepers can even make your bouquet! Grandview Bed and Breakfast is a member of the Florida–Inns.com Association and has great accolades and reviews. So let Gwendolyn help you plan your wedding. You’ll appreciate her attention to the details you want.
