These are two of my favorite recipes for that wow factor at breakfast.

Delicious and Refreshing Fruit Dip

8 oz Cream Cheese

8 oz Sour Cream

7 oz Jar Marshmallow Cream

Mix together and chill until ready to serve.

Sausage Wonton Stars

1 Pkg (12 oz) Wonton Wrappers

1 LB Pork Sausage

2 C 8oz shredded Colby Cheese

½ Medium Green Peppers, chopped

½ Medium Sweet Red Pepper, chopped

2 Bunches green onions, sliced

½ C Ranch Salad Dressing

Lightly press wonton wrappers into bottom and up sides of greased miniature muffin cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes until edges are browned.

In large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain. Stir in the cheese, peppers, onions and salad dressing. Spoon into each wonton cup. Bake additional 6 or 7 minutes until heated. Yields about 4 dozen.
