This historic, 1892 Cuckolds Fog Signal & Light

Station was declared excess property by the US Coast Guard, and slated for destruction. A nonprofit group rallied to save the light station, received the deed to the property from the US Government, recruited volunteers, raised millions of dollars, and over a ten-year period, rescued, restored, re-built and re-purposed the property, transforming it into a luxurious offshore Inn.
