We associate hearty meat and pasta with cold weather, vegetables with the spring, tropical fruits and berries with the summer and squash with the fall! Pizza takes center stage in all four; it does not have only one season! Times have changed.

Enjoy pizza hot and bubbly with a thin crust or thick crust when the weather is cold. Or enjoy pizza with a thin crispy crust with fruit and veggies in the warmer weather. Who knew that lots of variations of pizza would gain in popularity with many nationalities, and that many creations would emerge? Pizza bagels and pizza tortillas are pretty good, and let’ s not forget pizza appetizers with artichokes and gruyere cheese.
