So often the stigma surrounding mental health issues and therapy prevent Black women from taking the step of seeing a therapist. Licensed psychologist, Dr. Joy Harden Bradford developed the space to present mental health topics in a way that feels more accessible and relevant. Living Over Existing Living Over Existing is an online platform for creative women who simply desire to live their life on purpose.
