Delhi NCR market has been a challenging
market over the past few years. However,
SOBHA’s focus on delivering international
quality products on time and maintaining
high transparency will bring genuine
buying opportunities for both end users
and long term investors. In an interview,
Mr. Jagadish Nangineni- Regional Head,
shared his thoughts with the Innerve
editorial team.
Tell us about the synergy in your
team and your experience working
with them?
In NCR, we have a phenomenal team
of 210+ people focused on execution
across all functions in alignment with our
Company’s core values, philosophy and
work ethics. I am really proud of each
member and their contribution. It has
been tough on all senior leadership to
build a new team, grounds up in a new
territory. The team is now stabilized over
the last few years. All the team members
have reasonably good understanding of
each other, have respect for each other we seem to be getting a hang of working
as a cohesive unit.
What is your take on prospects &
outlook on the Delhi-NCR market?
Market is always tough and as a
company, that is focused on high quality
product, execution, commitment and
transparency, our endeavour is to find
opportunities and capitalize on them.
Buying real estate property had been
a bad experience for a lot of people in
the last five odd years in Delhi-NCR.
There is a lack of credibility with hard
earned money of a home buyer stuck in
incomplete projects and despondency
