I also talked about how TEİD’ s guidance inspired our compliance journey. During my presentation, I shared how TEİD has been instrumental in supporting companies at every stage of their compliance program maturity. Through the certification program for compliance officers by TEİD Academy,
which I was privileged to both attend and later contribute to as a trainer, TEİD has provided practical frameworks and peer-learning opportunities for organizations to establish and strengthen their ethics and compliance systems. I emphasized how this program helped shape ENKA’ s internal journey, offering a clear roadmap for long-term cultural transformation.
The TEİD example resonated strongly with the conference audience. Throughout the event, many participants expressed great curiosity about TEİD’ s model, its certification curriculum, and how it has successfully built a national ecosystem for integrity and compliance management. Representatives from emerging compliance associations across the region were particularly engaged, seeking to learn how TEİD sustains its momentum and member participation. It was inspiring to see how a regional initiative could spark dialogue and serve as a reference point for peers from different parts of the world.
