editions, team iNM has tried to bring forward views and critical analysis of
happenings from across the business world. We feel pleased to continue
the tradition and in front of you lies the best of the best articles from a
multitude of entries we received from across the country. Today,
innovation cuts across various facets of business and we observe its
influence on all management verticals. We have also observed that it is the
most and also mistakenly used word. This edition is an attempt to deliberate
