Abstract All these years, businesses concentrated only on the profit motto and the nature had to bare the wrong doings of the businesses. But things are slowly changing, industries are now realising the importance of give-and-take relationship with the environment. Industries are coming up with eco-friendly products and services, consumers are also demanding products that cause least harm to the environment. With concern for nature in mind, a new concept of green supply chain management has emerged which concentrates on the entire operation of a business to happen in an eco-friendly way. GSCM talks about how we can incorporate nature concern into the SCM DNA. Introduction
