Tell us about your childhood and teenage years.
Did you always want to be a model?
I was super awkward growing up. I never felt like
an airbrushed beauty like you see in Seventeen
magazine or Cosmo, I never really had much
self-esteem until I saw a tattoo magazine when
I was 13 years old and I immediately identified
with that and was like, “I wanna be like this one
day when I grow up!” I’ve been working on that
ever since. (Smiles.)
