CONCLUSION
The environment is the most precious property of the nation and the world . Despite the increased demand for palm oil , and the support that the business has been receiving from the Government , awareness in managing the impact of the business activities on the environment has to be managed properly . The latest technology in utilising wastes has resulted in a source of energy and products that make the palm oil industry a more sustainable and resilient industry . Mainstreaming guidelines as legal requirements , and the issuance of national and international sustainable certifications will help the industry to be long lasting and reliable for years to come .
