From the total respondents of 1,208, most of the male ETs are in the position as engineer (42%),
followed by supervisor/inspector/instructor. Only a handful of them are working as researcher.
For the female ETs, most of them are employed as engineers (47%) and only a few of them are
employed in the senior management positions.
