complete. The building has six four-storey blocks
and 14 single-storey blocks constructed using
steel framing and insulated wall PVMs. The
construction process of this building is illustrated
in Figure 16.
The Clement Canopy Residential Building at
Clementi Avenue 1, Singapore
Construction of this building commenced in
2016 and was completed recently in 2019. The
building consists of 505 apartment units with a
40-storey height and 1,866 concrete PVMs. The
construction process of this building is illustrated
in Figure 17.
