In this inter-connected age , ESG , encapsulating Environmental , Social , and Governance elements , has emerged as an indomitable force guiding organisational operations and strategies across the globe ( refer to Figure 1 ). This powerful triad , while usually associated with financial sectors , policymakers , and social activists , is no longer confined to these domains . The clarion call of ESG resonates profoundly in the world of engineering , requiring these key builders of society to embrace and adopt these principles .
