3P –
CONCLUSION
Is the SOP being adhered to ? If it is not being complied with by a worker , then the worker should be held responsible . Retraining for the worker is necessary . If the SOP is being complied with , yet the problem persists , further investigate the matter until the root cause is found and return to step 2P .
These four vital principles provide the platform for a company to enhance its capability and continue to become relevant in the highly competitive manufacturing environment . The acceptance and consistent participation of workers are the key determinants of the outcome . It depends on the leadership of the company to capitalise on the principles and adopt them as working culture for the entire workforce .
