broad understanding of the challenges related to productivity improvement .
PMT evidently shows that robotics and automation , or digital IBS , play an important role in driving the construction industry towards greater productivity performance , and undeniably will significantly improve the productivity of the industry through the successful adoption of construction technologies in construction projects . Subsequently , the Government should promote the use of productive technologies in the industry by providing incentives as a catalyst to attract more players , especially SMEs , to engage in modern method construction and by recognising productive construction projects to promote competitiveness in the industry . Productivity can certainly be improved if all construction stakeholders worked together to bring the industry into a new era that will result in great benefits to society , the environment , and the economy .
