Hugh created an incredible school program designed to reduce mental health issues in young children, based on research that guides the principles to develop resilience and deal with life’s challenges. Whilst this is not a “quote I live by”, there are three guiding principles Hugh teaches that I try to emulate every day. These include daily mindfulness, gratitude and doing acts of kindness simply to be kind.
