Describe a typical workday ? Most days I ’ m behind the mic recording video lessons for NUW , in the kitchen developing and shooting recipes for brands , or consulting with food companies to assist with new product development , product launches , digital marketing or labelling requirements .
How do you cut through the noise on social media ? By always staying true to myself , being clear on my mission and taking inspiration from my purpose .
Biggest career learning in 2023 ?
Things don ’ t always go to plan , but showing up imperfectly is better than not showing up at all .

My days are spent consulting with purpose-driven businesses on nutrition strategy , research and science translation . I work virtually which means my 3-yearold cavoodle , Eli , is always by my side .
What do you love most about being a dietitian ? From addressing chronic disease and mental illness to climate change , animal welfare and social justice – I believe that food is key to solving some of today ' s biggest societal challenges . This gives dietitians enormous opportunities for impact .

What ’ s your number one tip for translating science into practice ? To make science actionable , bringing emotion to your message is a must . Start by asking , “ what is the single most important idea I have to say about this topic , and what problem does this help solve ?”
