Protein Balls

oatbran
hazelnut meal
reduced fat firm ricotta
honey
chopped dried cherries
or cranberries
chopped dried pears
skim milk powder
cinnamon (optional)
chia seeds (we used a
combination of black and white)
Mix oatbran, hazelnut meal, ricotta,
honey, dried fruit, skim milk powder
and cinnamon in a large bowl until well
combined.
Using clean hands, roll heaped
teaspoonfuls of ricotta mixture into balls
and coat in the chia seeds.

HANDY TIPS:
Serve balls with a glass of milk
or yoghurt for a protein boost.
Balls will keep refrigerated for
up to 3 days. For easy coating,
put chia seeds in a resealable
container, add balls, reseal
and shake until coated.
