Positive Thinking
W
e are what we
think, and this well
being comes from
inside us. So, we should try
to think positively if not all
the time, at least most of the
time. How do we do that?
The first step is to think and
thank for all the good things
in our life: a beautiful day,
the smell of coffee in the
morning, people close to us,
love, joy, a good health. We should try to change
only what we can change
(and accept that not every-
thing can be changed).
We should train ourselves
to see the glass half full. We should make a list of all
our accomplishments and be
thankful for them.
We should get rid of the
fear of changing.
We should trust ourselves
more.
We should train our mind
daily to think positive.
We should act to feel
good, because only this way
positive thinking performs
miracles.
We should not get involved
in negative conversations
and we should avoid all neg-
ative words.
We should learn form our
mistakes, keep our heads
high and keep on moving.
a reason and that in the end,
it is for our good, that this
way we will be more effec-
tive in taking the best deci-
sions for our life.
We should live our lives
based on positive thinking.
We should embrace with an
open mind all the positive
thoughts!
Such a positive attitude
plays an important role in
managing stress, health and
life!

every day de-
pending on your
personal schedule. Take
yourself a break of 20
minutes to enjoy your meal. every day will provide you a
healthy digestion, appetite
and it is a real help against
weight gaining.
- Choose the freshest prod-
ucts. - Do not ignore red flags like:
pain, indigestion, stomach
burns, constipation, diarrhea,
bloating, nausea, fatigue,
anxiety, water retention,
swelling, inflammation etc.
- Avoid the foods containing
too much cholesterol and
saturated fat.
- Read carefully the label of
each product you buy and
avoid those that have the
word “hydrogenation”
- Avoid smoked products.
Avoid grilled ones too.
- Respect this wonderful
piece of machinery that is
our body!
Paying attention to these red
flags it is easier to catch a
disease in its early stages
and treat it rapidly and effec-
tively.
