At start, we can’t see the results about our actions, attitudes. It’s clear that it can be very difficult process as our routin when we’re considered that people are being hasty. However, every decision tak- en, every be- havior that is made as a re- sult of every be- havior and eve- ry choice has some conse- quences. There- fore, it is our benefit to reflect on the results of our attitudes and behaviors before we be- come a prisoner of habits that will have a neg- ative impact on healthy living, to decide what is right and to have healthy habits. For healthy lifestyle... *Take nourishment properly, not unbalanced! *Sleep enough, not too much or less! *Don’t be a lazy or stable person, always keep your moving! *Live relax and consistent in your life, not nervous and stressful! *Don’t be worried, be calm in your mind! *Don’t overdo about any- thing, be balanced! Unbalanced nutrition is the excessive consumption of some nutrients. Unbalanced diet causes high health prob- lems such as high cholester- The group of milk and milk products: milk, cheese that made with milk, yoghurt, butter and ice cream. The group of meat, egg and dry legume: chicken, turkey, hunting things, fishes, egg, dry legume, peanuts, walnut. The group of fruits and vegeta- bles: every kind of fruits and vegetables.
