It’s simple to live healty and
protect from diseases, how-
ever, living in accordance

we can’t see the results
about our actions, attitudes.
It’s clear that it can be very
difficult process as our routin
when we’re considered that
people are being hasty.
However, every decision tak-

quences. There-
fore, it is our
benefit to reflect
on the results of

attitudes
and behaviors
