INFO WRITERS A Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body M any people think that being healthy means to not suffer from any disease, but from my Point of view these people are on- ly half right. Being healthy means been able to do phys- ical exercises, been able to sleep 8-9 hours a night, with- out crossing this limit and having energy throughout the day. also, being healthy presumes having a healthy mind. everyone is different and it’s necessary to know ourselves in order to suc- ceed in having a healthy life. to be healthy we have to fol- low some simple principles: we have to be active, but this doesn’t mean that we have to go to the gym or do any sports, we can just walk or take a bike for a ride as much as possible, to do the chores and even just stand at work instead of sitting at the desk; to eat properly, and this means trying to avoid processed foods or junk food, instead we could choose to cook for ourselves into respect the three meal plan everyday; to have a de- cent sleep schedule, 8-9 hours a night on a regular basis, and if we cross this limit that could be a Red flag that we have a problem and there’s an issue in our body. The mind, even if it’s some- thing abstract, it needs to be mentioned when we talk about our health. The mind has a great influence on our physical health. A good ex- ample is represented by the fact that at every action’s base stays the brain, The only organ in the human body that we can say about that has a personality be- cause it was scientifically discovered. this comes from the survival instinct that eve- ryone has. when we start to go out of our comfort zones, even if it’s healthy, and start- ed will be very hard for us, this thing is called re- sistance, a world that could be used to describe a very wide range of feelings and actions we do and live. in order to achieve a healthy lifestyle we have to get past these boundaries, even it’s 19 very likely that some people will not agree with this, be- cause we still work after a bounty system, we do some- thing that we think it’s pro- ductive, we expect that a re- ward for it, this being one of the methods of pushing those boundaries, but we have to highlight that it’s very important how we reward ourselves. in the end, I need to Ma- son once again how im- portant is to know our- selves in order to create harmony between our mind and our body, this being the only way we could truly achieve a healthy and stable life- style.
